About Minimums, Availabiilities, Ordering, Ddliveries, Terms & Customer Service
  • Generally we require 30 pieces or $500 whichever is greater; larger minimums are required for delivery distances greater than 40 miles from our Cherokee County, GA location. 
  • A combination availability & order form is e-mailed (or faxed if you prefer) every Friday evening.  Spring availability usually begins in mid-March and Fall availability starts in late September.  Our website is updated daily during each season. 
  • The faxed AV form consists of a column with the plant name, the first column to the right indicates the plant status (legend provided) and the next column to the right is blank for you to enter the order quantity.  Return your completed form by fax to 770-345-7946.  Orders are deducted from inventory and scheduled for shipment on a first-come, first-serve basis so submit early, preferably by noon on Mondays. 
  • Simple to follow instructions for e-mail ordering are found on the website.  Again, orders are deducted from inventory on a first-come, first-serve basis so submit your order early each week, preferably by noon on Monday.  On-line orders do not require additional manual entry so they are  processed  first - online ordering is strongly recommended!
  • Specific delivery dates must be noted; otherwise, orders are delivered space available before the end of the shipping week.  Reservations for multiple deliveries must be made on Mondays.  Saturday deliveries are rare but possible -- never on Sunday.
  • An order confirmation will be sent as soon as the order is posted.  The confirmation will include the expected shipping date, the order total, and any changes that may have been required to match your order to actual inventory at the time the order is posted. 
  • Upon arrival at your door, our delivery driver is responsible for off-loading your order to your designated staff.  For safety reasons, no one is allowed on our vehicles.  Sorry,   our drivers cannot help set-up displays.  Our friendly delivery staff is helpful and knowledgeable but they must move quickly to accomplish assigned deliveries.
  • Payment terms are cash or check upon delivery. Credit may be established by submitting a credit application to our office.  Please allow three weeks for processing, during which time terms will continue as cash or check.  Due to the seasonal nature of our business, 7-14 day terms are the credit option for customers who meet our credit criteria.  All accounts 7 days beyond terms will be on a cash basis only.
  • We will be happy to give you a quote to custom grow your order.  We require a nonrefundable deposit on contract/custom grow orders and for plants to be held for longer than 10 days.
